Parker usually doesn't give away anything for free and your new hire classes are more or less full.
Nothing will be given up or traded for flow. Flow will help the company attract new hires and they will give it to us at some point in the future(maybe not right now). The company is not having trouble filling classes now. At some point in the future they will face major difficulty attracting new hires and will need the flow as a carrot.

Lol. Good luck with that. Every FO I fly with here at Envoy despises that place and would rather quit the industry than go to PSA.

With current FO reserve at Envoy recently confirmed at 4+ years,
Uh, no it isn't confirmed. I just flew with an FO that is a line holder that has been here 15 Months.. and he isn't the bottom guy so it's it's more junior than that. Maybe some have longer reserve but not all.. some people choose it intentionally.

it only makes sense to jump over here and get your PIC time and get out.
Good luck with that too.. Plenty of people out there with 8-10K TT, check airman, and 3000-5000+ PIC still waiting on those calls from AA, UAL, DAL.. not that easy to just get PIC and get out anymore. Doesn't work that way these days.. 1,000 TPIC = Major is not even close to reality anymore.

UAL recruiters said said 8,000 hrs was competitive at the ALPA job fair event and there is a stack a mile high of those pilots to get through. Somebody with 2500 TT and 1000 PIC isn't going anywhere anytime soon without serious connections..

I tend to agree that nothing will be traded simply because negotiation took only 3 days. I think it will be a straightforward agreement.

I was surprised that they agreed to anything at all.

I was expecting "After some tough conversations we were unable to come to an agreement. Further talks will be scheduled at a later date."

I'm not holding my breath. I fully believe they tried to get something from us.

I still don't think they are going to increase the flow. I hope I'm wrong though.

Nothing I would vote for. Staffing the airline properly is their problem. I would vote no. Flow is a management tool. A backup plan for a pilot at best. A year or two from now nobody is going to care one bit about flow.

I think it's going to be a gradual increase
