You have had 5 not make it through the interview so far. It is not a lot, but something nonetheless.

Why would you need a "true flow" if you were getting everyone through anyway?

5? Good. Hopefully more so it gets to me faster. Muahahaha hahaa

All the FFD Regionals operating 200/145s for AAG have contracts expiring in less than two years. This includes Skywest, Expressjet, ASA, TSA and Air Wisconsin.

no coincidence im sure. ive been hypothesizing the insourcing of regional flying to mainline for years as the way to cut costs and fix the long term staffing issues.

hired at aa to fly a 175 or 900 not the 737 or bus.

Wrong. TSA contract is 4 years.

This got lost in the TOTD, I'm sure it was a PSA pilot...

The PSA pilot leaving the CLT E gates around 4:30pm yesterday.

I didn't catch how it started but I just assume the ramp was congested, and ramp control pushed a plane that blocked PSA from getting out. I think ramp said "sorry", but PSA took it a big step further by telling ramp they didn't know how to do their job, twice! It went something like this, unfortunately LiveATC doesn't record ramp frequencies because that would be audio gold.

PSA-"(bla bla bla) You blocked us with that plane"
Ramp-"Sorry about that (excuse)"
PSA-"...You just dont know how to do your job"
Ramp-"Say again?"
PSA- "Youre not doing your job right"
Ramp-"Well I can give you the ramp managers phone number and you can talk it out with them"
PSA-"Sorry we gotta go (said something snarky)"

Are you that ******* dumb that they aren't going to track you down and make you explain yourself? You're not anonymous calling on guard or on the internet, they know your exact flight number!

I know CLT has some real juvenile radio operators, but this took the cake.

Could be awac, Psa, pdt, or mesa. Cool story bro. Every airline has douches. Way to blame it on Psa. I nominate you for the totd for trolling on here like a D

to be fair the ramp in charlotte sucks pretty bad and im fairly certain we have all said something snarky to them about their incompetence.

it would run better if it were uncontrolled and on a CTAF

So what? When people do their jobs poorly they hear about it.

I know of 3 that interviewed and do not currently have a job at AA. All 3 of them did not want a job at AA.

I'll go ahead and assume I'm wrong and the number is 5. So 3 that didn't want a job and 2 that apparently interviewed with the intention of moving to AA but did not receive an offer. So 2 out of 60. A 96% acceptance rate.

I never said we needed a flow, just to expect one.

I miss this, me and you, let's keep doing it.

The question I have is, what will you give up for this flow?

Parker usually doesn't give away anything for free and your new hire classes are more or less full.
