I would accept the standard ALPA integration. Consolidated regional airlines would be in pilots best interests. Better bargaining power, no whipsawing. Not that it matters, the whole thing is about to crumble down around us anyway.

Instead, your Union has gone super greedy and wants to actually try and get our pilots over there, making much less than what they would upgrading here, just so they can move up even faster. Sorry. On every account that is greed and selfishness.

In all seriousness, I don't have the answers. All I know is that there are bigger pieces at play than either you or I have knowledge of. Some on this thread do make PSA look bad. But a lot of you guys come on here and stir the pot needlessly. Both sides egging the other on. What's the point really?

You really are an idiot. It is not PSA the company doing this, it is PSA the pilots, or at the very least the voice of the pilots, trying to do this....take our pilots to get our planes on schedule. If you cannot take the planes right now, no problem! We will hold them for you and it will help our senior FOs upgrade faster.

Basically it would help bridge the gap between our 145 shrink and the 175s coming on line. It HELPS pilots you daft twit! It helps you guys too...You can sort out your twisted training bubble and take the planes later.

And if you would post the letter, then we could read it and we may agree with you. Until then, we have no idea what you are talking about.

If we were to keep the 700s longer? About the same time frame. It bridges the gap until we get the 175s. We are losing 20 CAs per month to AA alone. Really the average is closer to 30 because quite a few guys are moving over to UAL and LCCs too. In November that number goes to 30 a month to AA. Quite a few of our senior FOs are headed to UAL and LCCs as well. Basically, upgrades could resume as early as next month and go at close to 15 per month. They would retain their seniority and not be on reserve forever. Senior FOs would still flow in the next 2-3 years, rather than 20.

The silence from your Union should corroborate this story. If they came out and denied it, national would have their hand forced on he truth.
