You will find the same dynamic at every regional.

I don't think that's PSA case, when people from other regionals jumped only because of the upgrade. Now that most guys are staying put, then situation is changing.

Hardly... And it's always been all about the money. That's why I came to PSA. I'm a round 1 line holder and I can take advantage of our SAP. 65 min guarantee with 18 days off, or credit almost 100 hours while blocking 85. I have a second job that I get paid pretty well at. And I can come and go as I please. So time off works great. And so does flying a lot. It doesn't really matter to me because I'm making pretty good money either way.

Pick up 4 200 trips worth about 20 hours each, then pick up a 2 day and a high credit day trip. Boom, 95 to 100 hours and still get 11 days off.

If any FO's have an easy commute or live in base, it is easy to credit 100 while blocking about half of that. Just pick up trips with LCA's. You will likely get displaced, and from what I hear, they rarely use the FO's that get displaced. You are put on long call reserve with a 12 hour call out.
Credit 100, block 50. Not bad.

Or you could be like some of the reserve guys and get 115 hrs of pay and only work 6-8 days a month while never getting used on short call.
