PSA will be parking airplanes by the spring if management doesn't get their heads out of their butts and fix things quickly.
We have some of the best quality of life terms in our contract. Our scheduling flexibility is second to none in the industry. We also have an amazing upgrade time. Now they just need to fix pay (both new hire pay and the Critical Coverage arbitration), add a few commuter hotels, and open a halfway decent base. It will never happen, but that is what they need to do.
