Get ready for the PSA propaganda tomorrow about how "full" their class is with an awkward angle Facebook photo that just shows the first row.

All rows will be shown as usual. Yawn.... I'm guessing you were turned away. They hardly turn anyone away so you must have sucked substantially.

PSA will be parking airplanes by the spring if management doesn't get their heads out of their butts and fix things quickly.

We have some of the best quality of life terms in our contract. Our scheduling flexibility is second to none in the industry. We also have an amazing upgrade time. Now they just need to fix pay (both new hire pay and the Critical Coverage arbitration), add a few commuter hotels, and open a halfway decent base. It will never happen, but that is what they need to do.

Too bad we voted for a flow instead. I know the last vote was only supposed to be about flow, however the company wanted to (and did) negotiate on other things. They opened the door, we should have walked through.

Pay pilots what they're worth, and staffing won't be an issue.

Now if you guys weren't all tool bags I'm sure I'd be a great place to work.
