Finally, we have decided to move the grievance software to the ALPA-run dispute tracking system (DTS) in the near future. We have continually experienced technical difficulties with the server that runs the current grievance and forum software. Once the grievance site is moved, we will no longer have a need to continue service from the current host; therefore, we will not be actively trying to bring the forum back up and will ultimately cancel the subscription to the host site. We are looking at other options for an online forum and will be sure to update the pilot group when we can find a better and more cost-effective solution.

In unity,

Travis Ricks
PSA MEC Chairman

In otherwords, its gone. Which is obviously garbage. It isn't expensive to host a tiny little forum like ours.

Yeah, it's gone, except for that last part where they said they're looking for a new solution. You even bolded it yourself.

You can get a forum for less than $50 a month.. cant wait to see what they come up with. Loving all this outdated software! Willing to bet 13 year olds can program better software than the company uses.

What does it matter anyways? It's just a bunch of jaded pilots saying the same stuff over and over again.

Do any of you guys remember the log in info to M&H??? Used to be employee number and first four of zip code but looks like M&H has changed their website and nobody seems to know what our log in info is.

Your user name is "PSA" plus your 5 digit employee number, (ex: PSA25333). The password is the first 4 digits of your zip code. Note that if you've moved/relocated since your M&H account was originally set up, the password will be the first 4 digits of your OLD zip code).
