Haha you're funny! You'll get nothing and enjoy it. There is nothing the mec will do or can do to stop hiring bonuses. So shove it

Lol, some of our FO's actually qualify for charity. I'll occasionally buy one a coffee.

What exactly do you expect to happen when you accept sub par wages? Btw, you're not a captain so please don't try and allude to the fact that you are.

It is nice that you're buying other FO's coffee with daddies money though.

Do you mean the current chair? Because he's been in that position for like 4 months. The previous? He had nothing to do with the 12/4, got us a flow, and devoted countless hours to a (hopefully) succsessful critical pay arbitration. The one before him that's been gone from PSA for a year+? Or maybe you are talking about the newly elected chair who hasn't even taken office yet.

Which one buddy?
I'm referring to the position in general. The current one has been there 4 months and is out already, without making any contribution. Haven't really heard a word from him since he got there. The one prior didn't add anything to the company as well. But said the CCP arbitration was a shoe in and look how that's going for us. Let's not forget the letter to national of him begging for envoy pilots because our expansion was uncalled for and unsafe. I get that our contract states he needs to ask for the pilots to come with the planes, but not in the way that it was done. The one prior to that got us the lovely 12/4 and contract that is just light years ahead of everyone!!! I'm actually looking forward to the guy who is about to take the position though. I genuinely believe he will be one to use that position to make a change and voice the opinions of the pilots loudly. Time will tell though. I'm sick of seeing "great guys". Get top positions. Yea they are good guys, but we need people who are actually gonna fight for us. Example: hotels. That's what each Union chair should be like.

It's not just PSA FOs that are very underpaid it's all first year FOs that basically make unlivable wages. I would guess take home pay for most first year PSA FOs is above the average because they sit little to no reserve before getting a line. Either way I'm sorry you have to use an unrelated argument to try and bash our pilot group. With all the stressful things that go on at all regionals I can't imagine being this upset and concerned with another airline that I wasn't even a part of. For your sake I hope you let some of this stress go because it can't be good for your health or happiness. I'm sure you have better things in your life to deal with than the happenings of another group of pilots. Let this hatred go and I'm sure you'll be happier person.
