First of all pal, I'm not "entitled" to crap. However why would I want to give an inch to a company that can't even honor the current contract or pay me what they owe me for a flow that will never benefit me??? They don't owe me a thing that's not in that contract but I don't owe them anything either

Did Dion really just announce at his meeting in the CLT crewroom that CLT base was going to lose flying and shrink? You have to be kidding me.
More flying in DCA, PHL, and ORD, but the new base is in CVG, which is not easily commutable? The management here sucks.
And I can not believe that this LOA passed. Not very happy today.

i heard the 200s are out of clt...sooooo consequently the overall number of flights shrinks..
if you think cvg is unstaffable you are mistaken...plenty of ways to get there..even one leg flights...
management is def. behind the 8 ball, but they also inherited a joke of an operation from the old management...seems to me that things are chaging...slowly but changing.
as for the loa passing...the pros far outweighed the cons...
i was there as well.

It is concessionary. Allowing people to be displaced more than they are is concessionary. In addition, the flow should have been no less than 10% per year. Before the additional growth, it was 10%. Now it is 5%. You doubled the time to flow.
Great job, idiots. This is exactly what every other regional expected from PSA, and you did not disappoint.

How is it not? They got everything they wanted and need for now. And we got the almighty flow which affects management in no way at all. We couldn't even get decent numbers to go with it. So which side really won here?? The only people that won are the very senior guys and those who failed the interview.
