How many pilots does PSA have that are moving on every month?

October had 37 Round 2 lines in Dayton. Of those 37, only 9 were build up lines and the rest were short call and long call reserve. (November round 2 is not out yet).

Long enough to know they're pi$$ing away their gains. We're stuck chasing the other WO companies and still not coming close to what they have. Our one trick pony of fast upgrade is over. We are 80-90% staffed for our 150 a/c. New hires will not upgrade in a year. We did what we had to do to get the growth and have been riding that. They were behind on hiring to take advantage of the growth. They couldn't get the training dept staffed to handle the growth. They can't figure out how to get bodies here after the growth is done so they are doing a pathetic job of copying others. They're resorting to advertising a TA that hasn't even been voted on to sucker bodies.
As far as 80-90% staffed? You are looking at different numbers than I am. We need 1000 more pilots by the end of '17. That is fact.

Very true. Union even told him on the pilot forum to volunteer and start getting involved to make a change instead of complaining. But nothing.

They WANT 1000 pilots to keep the machine greased. We have 1300 pilots. We need 1500-1600 to staff 150 aircraft. We NEED 200-300 more to staff. Sure we'll need more to cover attrition but 700? If attrition is that high, it's because people are going somewhere else not because this place is such an amazing career maker.

Whoever that person is did throw out ideas but all he got was "back in my day we got abused, you should be happy." I guess those same old guys didn't ask for anything when they were new and the people before them didn't do stuff to fix the contract? I guess that guy pointing out a huge flaw that was well known, amongst the salty old pilots, in the current contract language or pointing out that an LOA is perpetuating and condoning a contract conflict is complaining? I also believe that guy offered to volunteer on a different issue.
