I call BS.. I'm on SCR, and have between 20-26 days off every month, and thats because I call and beg to fly sometimes.
That TYS CA who wants to bid LCR and be last out is right, it wont work. LCR is called first, before any SCR, as long as its outside of 12 hours to show.
They do honor last out requests. If you think they havent, question them. You had better be ready to do some research and find who is junior to you, legal, and didnt get called. Also remember in the contract, it says they will honor it if staffing, and efficiency of the operation aren't compromise. IF its a two day, and you are the most senior SCR with 2 days left, don't be surprised if you are called if you are the only SCR with 2 days or less on.

Great job, idiots. This is exactly what every other regional expected from PSA, and you did not disappoint.

if you actually read pdt and eny flows its really not that different. they are all based upon staffing. just that nobody takes the time to go ahead and read them, (or be honest about what they really have).

It is concessionary. Allowing people to be displaced more than they are is concessionary. In addition, the flow should have been no less than 10% per year. Before the additional growth, it was 10%. Now it is 5%. You doubled the time to flow.

you think it should have been 10% but you really don't have anything to back that up, it wasn't even on the table. Ten percent is beyond wishful thinking. you clearly have never studied business or ran one, and if you did, i can't imagine it was successful.
and so what if you get displaced...**** happens. its called growth. how exactly do you think ioe should be completed? what is your solution?
you crack me up...
doubled out time? how exactly did that happen? seriously...you are completely clueless.

First of all pal, I'm not "entitled" to crap. However why would I want to give an inch to a company that can't even honor the current contract or pay me what they owe me for a flow that will never benefit me??? They don't owe me a thing that's not in that contract but I don't owe them anything either
