The 200s are leaving CLT but they will be replaced by new 900s so CLT will not shrink. The 200s will do more DCA PHL and ORD. PSA will probably announce even more 900s (16-30 more) in the future.

Is there anyone that attended the crew news/town hall meeting that would mind sending me a PM with cliff notes?

Dion Flannery - President

• Goal to get to 150 airplanes, no change to fleet plan.
• Need 1600 new pilots by 2018, 662 pilots hired in 2014, 415 in 2015, 552 in 2016.
• Replaced MESA in CLT, will replace Republic in DCA by the end of 2015, expanding PHL, ORD flying to commence by spring 2016.
• CVG opening Jan 2016, DAY to grow, CLT to moderate slightly, exploring additional bases, looking for an expanded crew room in DAY. New base announcement in Jan 2016.
• iPads for pilots (early 2016), crew room refresh, adding personnel in payroll, HR support.
• Big emphasis on D:0 (departure plus 0 minutes); Crew delays are above 10% of delays, MX is roughly 6%, planned screw swaps were over 30% over the summer, for Nov ’15 they are under 15%.
• CCF (controllable completion factor) is good.

Michael Scrobola – VP of Operations

The latest average upgrade times are trending up, averaging 17.33 months(not including street captains).
