Not everyone wants a build up line. I put them at the bottom of my bid card because I live in base and believe it or not reserve is a better QOL. Some days I don't get used and get extra days off. Technically I had 15 days off in July.
Again, for those of you arguing the point just go look on Flica. It doesn't matter how he got it two months in a row. The fact is he got a build up line in Round 2, twice, and is a Nov 14 hire. Spin it whichever way you like.

FO is a completely different story of course.

Yes, Captain. It doesn't matter how its possible because for two straight months it has happened. Period. Now CLT on the other hand... I still think I'm AT LEAST a year if not more from a build up and I'm also a Nov 14 Captain.

Actually it does matter how it happens.
If there is that much flying they should
have generated more RD1 lines and RR2
..It needs to be looked into by scheduling
committee,,,

I'd rather the scheduling committee spend a majority of its time putting an end to 9 hour four days and the gross inefficiency of our schedules. That would solve a lot of problems.

Better yet. How about the company operate their scheduling dept efficiently so we are wasting our time.
Our union dues shouldn't be spent running the company. That's the job of management.

No, but our union dues should be spent on protecting our QOL and upholding our CBA. Isn't that what a union is for anyways?
