Well I'm gonna go ahead and say this is not the case. There are 39 numbers between the last round one lineholder in DAY('08 hire) and the most senior nov '14 hire in DAY. Considering there were only ~60 round one lines I can't see that there'd be 39 build up lines.

I interviewed on June 23rd. Offered a FO position on July 3rd...also offered to comeback for DEC interview but declined only for QOL.

Well, besides the fact that I talk to him weekly I went ahead and checked his schedule on Flica to make sure I wasn't giving false information or that he wasn't lieing to me. Sure enough, he has a build up this month and I know for absolute fact that he had one in July. So yes, a Nov 14 hire holds a 90 hour build up line in Dayton.

Something doesn't sound right about this..it's possible he checked the box
to request additional buildup and that's
why he has it but I don't think it was
awarded from the original lines that
were built ...
