Ah so fluidity matters when we talk about PSA? So you won't argue when you hear me say that ENY's flow is 16 years currently but by next year it will be 12. A year after that it will be less than a decade. Lots of movement for our guys. When will your list start to stagnate?

WOW, 150!!!!!!! I stand corrected!!! 148 was my guess and I don't even work there, but I guess I am out in left field aren't I. Well my goodness that is good news!!! 150 you must be proud!!! Now as for the DEC's I feel bad for those dudes, the second oil goes back up next year and they decide to sacrifice the 50 seaters in order to keep your 900's flying during the staffing crisis I am pretty sure that will trigger a displacement bid? And won't that be a shocker for those guys getting the boot back to the right seat. But well done, hiring 100 DEC's this summer was quite an accomplishment. Last real FO class was what, end of May. I think you are right on target with getting your 60 new pilots a month you need in order to keep those final 16 options coming you way.
So with all your financial knowledge are you are a millionaire or are you an idiot?
I have my opinion but I really don't like to make assumptions when facts are available.

We hit 06 hires this time next year. Of which there are... 12 or so. Then it drops another year

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out PSA management bit off way more than it can chew. Get back to me in 6 months when a large class for you guys is 8 new hires and SAP just isn't getting it done on the recruitment front.

We "ruined the industry" but have a higher cost than all but 2 other regionals......With probably the most junior pilot group.
Carry on....

Yea that's a great video, especially the first 25mins. Every regional pilot should watch it. It almost gives an indication of which regional's are in trouble moving forward into the next year or two. The 3 legacy airlines are already scoped out and they all basically need to shed 50 seat aircraft to comply with their respective scope clauses. So no matter what, the regional industry will be shrunk organically (and painfully) even without a pilot shortage.
