I have commuted to PHL to go to work on 3 of them over the last couple of months, and the guys tell me that they have quite a few on property. I think the Captain said 7 are on the line, and about 9 have been transferred so far? From what I have heard at the big offices in Dallas, the biggest delay is the "C" check that they all need to go through before they are transferred.

Nothing, they are still coming... The delivery is stopped as planned to begin taking delivery of factory new 900s. When the delivery of the 900s is done, then we get the 700s delivered again.

Agreed. If they want to fix staffing, fix the SSP. If they want to retain pilots, fix the SSP. Next year will be a whole new game and I don't think management is coming out swinging. As usual, they are stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.

So, why Envoy management says that they will be in property until the end of 2018? How's the aspen program coming together?

I don't give s@&t about the Aspen program. I'm more concerned with fixing our POS SSP. Like ditching the interview and going to a straight flow and increasing the number from a laughable 4 to 10 or more.... Basically fixing the mess the pervious MEC left behind for us.

I don't know about any of that. I did hear that the 40 CA slots was a preliminary number and wasn't a final award? So who knows. I've also heard that AAG is going to exercise our remaining 900 options so that could extend the delivery of the 700s out even further.

And each management team has an agenda. Ask yourself what is Envoy's biggest challenge right now? Pilot retention (among other things). How do you retain pilots? Take a stab at that one.
