Doesn't look like PSA have standards, just saying.
Lol like the guy at envoy who's punched several pilots when they have a problem with him in the cockpit, or the guy who talked about killing himself when going through a nasty divorce? Every airline has its idiots and guys with questionable backgrounds.

He's on probation, if the company wants to fire you the union won't protect the pilot.

I wouldn't count on it anyways, but that's a poor excuse. Several people from the envoy team have gotten on here and talked about how old some of the Eagle 700's were and PSA's have as much or more time than the 200's. They could add options now, and later add Ejets from retired 700's. Also there is Mesa 900's in PHX that might not be needed forever, and options were announced in January discrediting the preferred product argument. Lastly, depending on this republic debacle AAG may already be E-jet poor with a shortage of typed pilots for that airplane.

Plus, it seems like RAH uses them on larger city parings. Other regionals use the CRJ on a truer hub to spoke method. So the question would be, what is the larger roll to fill as the 50 seaters go away?

Not always the case. Every situation is different. A good union will get involved and at least monitor the situation regardless.

FWIW, management has been coming into their "talks" with the pilots passing through DAY for training and they've all been saying whatever the new agreement is it will have a flow, not an interview.

There is no new agreement. Sure, they offer flow. But at the current book 4/month with 1200+ pilots on property. There won't be a new agreement with that. SSP is the best we'll get and anyone coming here is exempt from ever going to American.

Yes, that was said to our hotel committee. Meanwhile they want to trap you here until you hit your 12 year cap so they can cover their poor management style of always being behind the curve. We thought maybe new management would be beneficial. They're as bad if not worse than the prior regime with the added fun of actively trying to kill careers.

This made me smile and I hope it stays like that You guys deserve nothing more then that, although history has proven you would gladly accept even more concessions for an actual flow.
