You end up with the USAPA of unions that didn't do jack **** for the usairways/america west guys for nearly a decade and likely cost the pilots millions in salary over that time. The real problem is that our ALPA leadership has no experience to build on. So, from day one they are in over their heads.

We also have tripled our pilots and we haven't tripled the positions in ALPA to account for that, which again puts us behind the 8 ball. Three times the problems with not enough guys to deal with it.

 

How's that new CVG crew room lookin'? Is it better than the Dayton crew closet?

What is it you guys want the union to do? If you feel strongly about it, just take matters into your own hands, you don't need a union to do that.

 

The fact that "rock," the genre that symbolises bucking the establishment, has an established "Hall of Fame," is silly. Cleveland is home to the most ironic Hall of Fame. Kurt Cobain would've laughed at the fact he was inducted into anything.

Yes and Reserves are part of the pilot group. I'm guessing you are on of the senior guys that benefited from this contract at the expense of the junior guys, just like the mainline guys that voted to release scope and created this whole regional mess in the first place

I'm using the iPad as just another example of type of management that exist here. They promise iPads and don't deliver, they promise referral bonuses and don't deliver, the contract discusses in base hotels on a case by case bases again they don't deliver.

I'm just providing information about what can be expected from the PSA management for people that may be considering PSA as a career option.

 

Wonder what will come first, new base or iPad? Waiting...waiting..communication....waiting.
Will pilots ever get vision insurance at PSA? I can't seem to see into the future.
