PSA can advertise that all they want. If they don't start abiding by our contract or give incentives beyond fast upgrade no one is going to come here. PDT and ENY have the same crystal ball upgrade predictions with better pay and a much better prediction of getting to AA. The good ship PSA has sailed until they can figure out how to competitively recruit.

We can only hope when they see the light it's not too late. Some day they'll start planning more than 48 hours in advance.

So we make more than all but 2 and (at the time of the vote) had the best, by far, schedule flexibility and QoL.
This is of course moot now that management is now intentionally and admittedly violating said contract, making this place unbearable to work at. But please do educate me on the "sub-par" aspects, as I'm sure you are very versed on a contract at a carrier you do not work at.

Too bad you have no say in whether we get it or not. And that request only applies to the 200 which we have the least of due to the fact that we are actually growing (for now). I wish I could lie about my out and in time like you guys so I could pad my income too.
