Nothing yet. However, in truth, if you picked PSA for flow you don't have the right airline. Quick upgrade? Yes this is the place.

This place could be decent if they honored the contract, brought flow up to the other WO level and fired the schedule writer.

I'm not sure we're the right place for this anymore. We have 200-300 pilots left to hire to reach our "adequate" staffing level. If we don't figure out how to get people out of here and find the right formula to get people in the front door, we are going to stagnate. PSA says we're going to hire 1000 pilots over the next 2 years. I ask, how are we going to loose 1000 pilots that necessitates that hiring? We aren't, we hired the last quick upgrade 6 months ago.

It's disgusting. SAP will mean nothing when you're loosing 5-10 min of pay per leg because you're not getting paid until you push 10 ft
