There is no "current reserve time". It changes every month.
As PSA adds airplanes they are replacing Mesa airplanes in CLT. Mesa's airplanes are moving to other AAG hubs, mostly DFW I beleive.

PSA pilots are lying to new hires to get them in the door to secure their own upgrade. What they keep from pointing out that any quick upgrade now, will be due to pilots bypassing because of a lack of 1000 sic and by choice. What this means is perpetual reserve if you can get a captain upgrade.
Once the 50 seat aircraft begin to get parked, stagnation will hit just like you are seeing at Endeavor. Possible downgrades to hit at that point.
If you haven't gone to PSA yet, you missed the boat. If you have most of the required 1000 sic requirement, you may get a captain upgrade due to the amount of pilots bypassing. What this means is you will be on perpetual reserve since any of those pilots upgrading above you will be senior for bidding purposes.
When they start to park all of their 50 seat aircraft, you will realize how bad of a situation you got yourself into.

Now I'll SPECULATE and he/she has some validity when it comes to parking 200's. I can see them not renewing the 200's when it expires, for the fact that their may be a shortage of pilots. Especially once the 2 year mark hits for the folks who took the ATP test during the last few weeks before the new course. Those planes could be parked to account for that and to alleviate the inability to attract a massive amount of pilots and keep up with attrition.
In terms of the "boat" being missed, I highly doubt that. FO's are getting jobs elsewhere. We have a Colonel who flew for Bush on Marine One. Do you really think he will be here too long? He is probably just getting his type and will be picked up fairly quickly. Same goes for the F-16 Pilot who sat reserve for a month and went to Delta.

As far as the 200s go, they will park them when it makes financial sense to park them. There are many contingency Fleet Plans. There is a contingency plan for adequate staffing. There is a contingency plan for inadequate staffing. There is a contingency plan for fuel prices increasing, there is a contingency plan for fuel prices decreasing. There is a contingency plan for labor costs increasing, there is a contingency plan for labor costs decreasing. You get the picture.
When the 200’s leases are up, they will look at the costs involved to keep them in service (primarily maintenance costs) and they will look at the revenue loss if they take them out of service. And then a decision will be made. And that decision will be revisited monthly, and adjusted accordingly.
The only constant in the airline industry, is change.
