The limitations and memory items are all pretty easy and straight forward. Plus, there is no test until about day 5 (subject to change).

If I had to do it over again, I would spend an hour or 2 at most studying the limitations and memory items, and maybe an hour a night reviewing things in the Turbine Pilot Handbook (If I hadn't been flying jets), or Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot. Also, maybe a book on instrument approached and procedures. Oh, and the Jepp website for review on Jepp plates.

+1 on the Everything Explained reference guide... Get the iPad version for ~$60, and you get all future updates. Really good thing to have for those Gee-Wiz items, or brushing up on some regs you don't remember quite as clearly as you once may have.

Congrats! I hope to join you soon. WRT your training delay, is that by choice or are they backed up? I'd like to start training soon if offered a job.

A pilot that I PM'd a few times interviewed yesterday and she got a class in just over a week (Feb 27th).

So? We have lots of great female pilots.

She said that all class dates were available for anyone that interviewed. Some ATP-CTP classes were full, but there were openings in the March CTP classes.

Thanks for all the advice, guys. I'll take it easy I suppose. I just felt weird that I never really received anything formal in terms of a welcome letter or official email with what to expect.

Oh, and... I'm delaying my class by choice. I have a few things to get done at the other job!

Thanks again!

This is spot on. The test is day 6 though. I wanted to try and get ahead on systems but I'm an old AF C-130 flight engineer. Enough to say I was way over thinking things.
