Are they still requiring the ATP? I put specifically on airlineapps.com and I hadn't taken it and they keep calling me anyway.

I actually like Buffalo Wild Wings also, if they had one of those I'm in.

So that just my observation from the whole thing. On side note, the AMR flight academy and DFW airport ops in general was quite impressive. It was my first time there.
Did you have to do a sim ride....?

Sorry, there is no Buffalo Wild Wings in SJU. I'm sure you can find some decent wings if you do a bit of exploring though.

Yeah, it was fun. It was the focker 100. I can finally get to say I flew that little Focker around. HEHA

Seriously sim was good. We did a through briefing before and instructor set thrust and all of the other things. Just need to fly. Brief the hold correct and I didn't have to fly it. Did an ILS all raw data. That was actually a little more challenging. Haven't done one raw data in a while. I am use to the FD. That was it. About a 20 min ride.

Congrats on the job ERJ. How long did it take Eagle to get back to you after you had submitted your app? How long was it between the call for the interview and the actual interview? Im thinking about applying to Eagle in the coming weeks, but havent done my ATP written yet, which according to the gouges would probably be a good idea to get done since theres a short test derived from the ATP written. Is this still true?

Yeah it still true. Got a call the same day and sent an e-mail to schedule an interview. I scheduled when I had a break in my schedule.

I sent my application in on Thursday, got a call on Monday. I will be heading down to DFW on the 28th. I'm hoping for a successful interview and an LAX base. This is my first airline interview, and yes, I am nervous as hell. I have a decent amount of total time, but almost no instrument (I live in Phoenix). I am cramming like hell for the ATP writtnen, as we speak.

Anyway, the e-mail says to bring "High School or College diploma and transcripts or GED certificate/quivalent". I have my collge transcripts and my high school diploma....but are they really looking for high school transcripts, too? These could be hard to get, 20 years, and several states later.

No where the hell is my Jepp Chart legend.....

warrirordriver - send in your stuff on airlineapps.com., If you have the minmums. The first application is free. I have not yet taken the ATP witten either, but they called me almost right away. I have two more weeks to cram, before the test. According to the internet gouges, there are no "refer to figure" type questions on Eagle's test.
