...Come on man...be decent. Tip the Van Driver. Tip your Bartender. Don't be a management type. We are all just labor expense here to the MBA-types that run the world.
PS: I despise the whole tipping culture and what it represents for labor everywhere...but such is life

Again I don’t tip. I am not obligated to worry about somebody and their woes no less than not no more than anybody should concern themselves with my woes financially at home regardless of family economic considerations.
I don’t tell you how to spend your money and frankly it’s no skin off my back if you choose to tip.
i’m not gonna judge you for tipping as well as I’m not going to judge you for not tipping.
if anyone feels that they’re not making enough money then they can always seek other income by means of another job or education which will lead to a better paying job.
I don’t owe anybody anything and I don’t do nothing for nobody for nothing.
I earn my money and spend it or not spend it the way I see fit and you can earn your money and spend it or not spend it the way you see fit.

I stop at WAWA on the way to work and get some cash with no fee just for tips before almost every trip.
if I forget to go to WAWA I get money out of an ATM and pay the fee. Ouch!!
Spread some good will and tip. It’s just money after all!!
A few Christmas’s ago I was in van with 7 crew (2 regional crews worth) members and no one gave the van driver a cent. I gave him 5 bucks to cover the SHAME. When I get out of the regionals or get rich by some other means I will tip more.
