I just got back from an interview on the 15th and letme personally say everyone at Mesaba is there to make you feel comfortable. This is a company you truley want to be a part of. Hopefully I can too call Mesaba my new home. The interview it self is pretty straight forward. Informational Interview, Wonderlick, Tech Quiz (25 questions Part 91 & Jep), HR & Tech Interview, Sim , Fingerprinting, Wiz Quiz then home. Be confident and show them you want to be there and you shouldn't have a problem as long as your knowledge skills are there. Anyone here invterview on the 15th as well? There was a group of 6 guys and only 1 was excused after the HR/Tech. Anyway, good luck to all and my one word of advice when you go. Have fun with the entire process and try not to stress out too much.

Scott,
Did you get a call back yet? Just curious how long they are taking to get back with people after the interview. Hopefully I will get through the process ok and be waiting to hear back from them soon too!
Thanks!

Negative, My interview was only last Thursday. They still have to process that ream of paper you handed in plus I think the interview team meets one more time with a couple people higher up in the food chain to determine if your a "go" or "no go". I was told it can take up to 1-2 weeks for a call and considering its the holidays, it may take longer. As long as you don't get a letter from them in the mail you can still cross your fingers and hope for the call. From my understanding a letter is either a "notice of disapproval" or a "build more time" then reapply in 6 months type of deal. Wish you the best of luck and hope you get hired. Trust your gut feeling.

Appreciate the heads up Scott! I'm hoping to make it through the interview process and get the call also, Mesaba is a company I would really like to fly for.

How are they determining were you guys go? Years ago it was just age. Younger guys got the Sewer Pipe and the older guys got the Dash-8. Is it that or experience level? Hope you guys have as much fun there as I did many many years ago! LOA
