You just got offered a real job. **** Envoy. I left a regional with a flow a few years ago and couldn’t be happier. Especially when COVID happened and the flow basically became null and void.

This shows you how good they are at selling lies to people about flows and cadet programs for regionals. That someone would even be concerned about it at this point in this environment.

Thats not at all a reason I would turn it down. I’ve always heard ‘don’t burn bridges in this industry’ & was asking if leaving the cadet program would be burning a bridge. Was simply wondering if anyone thought regionals might start hiring again in the next 6 months or so.

I’m definitely aware that the advertised flow time has always been complete garbage & a recruiting tool.
