$50K biannual, or biennial? Biiiig difference.
If it's biannual, might be worth sticking around for.
Otherwise, better compare $30K+$50k+70K with how much you'll earn if you leave for DAL or FDX two years before flow... and 777 FO is going to new-hires at UAL.
Although it's a certainly a nice deal if you have a GED or several DUIs.

reason this is happening? MASSIVE attrition and it’s gonna pick up speed. Anyone at a regional now is in for a good ride and a lot of opportunities. Not the time to tie one hand behind your back if you don’t have to

Funny how quick things change and how fast we forget. I bet this exact comment could probably be found in a 2019 forum about the good times. Only to be followed by horrific times. And then back to good times now.
