Thanks for the advice. I don't anticipate training being a problem. Here at UND we have to take a CRJ course to graduate, which I am in right now. So I should be a couple of steps ahead when it comes to training but I know the best thing to do is to keep my mouth shut and listen to the instructors because they are the ones that have been on the line. They know what they are talking about so it is in anyones best interest to listen up. Thanks again. See you on the line in a couple of months.
shut, coperate, graduate
That's the motto
Ground school is nothing (a joke and extermly easy if you just study a minimum), CPT no issue ( really easy if you just train), SIM actually really simple if the "personal attitude component" would not be included (meaning the instructor can be excellent or an @##.)......you can be gods gift to aviation but after you done Ground school and CPT and going for the Sim follow the
"shut, dont question things, bend over, take any nasty attitude, do not react, play dumb, coperate and you will graduate"
you will do just fine if you follow it.
95% wash out at the SIM and even at the end and not because it is difficult.
There is a lot of good people working there and the values the company have are great.
I heard people hope they fix the problems with some Sim instructors attitude and they said the wash out % would look much different. I dont know if it's right but I heard that from several that been at the SIM in Memphis recently. Just keep the cool.

I believe I am very good at it, do you speak Russian, French or German?
I am sure you only know English and you seem to have difficulties with variations. Do you know they speak English in New Zeeland, Australia, South Africa, India, England among many and that they all have their own way of talking........... It's funny but here in America I heard many times that the more languages you speak the more intelligent you are.........so were does it leave you if you only know English...........just thinking loud
I am american now after 15 years in this great country.
All my English I learned in Russia. You know we also have different letters?

No. As a matter of fact I don't. Do I need to speak Russian, French or German if I were to fly internationally into Russia, France or Germany?
"I am sure you only know English and you seem to have difficulties with variations."
Russian is not a variation of English.
It's New Zealand.

No, your just assuming aloud.
"All my English I learned in Russia. You know we also have different letters?"
Yes, it's called the Cryllic alphabet.

All you need to know is this....
"Simply The Best"
You soon will know what is means to mgmt, and what it means to the pilot group... Enjoy the pilot group, get your hours, get the upgrade, and move on with your jumpstart while everyone is bragging about their FO payrates at year 3 while you are moving on to your true goal of major/corporate/charter/freight/ or whatever else you want to do with aviation and need that magical 1000TJPIC.
PNCL may possibly have the LOWEST 2nd year FO pay... but few are even looking at that since 2nd year CA pay is better and you can get there if you have any time when you show up for NH FO training. I hold CA seniority here and I am not even on 2nd year FO pay yet- just need to wait for age to upgrade. You are hired and get all you can out of 9E- congrats again. Everyone has different reasons to go to different regionals. If you live in base (or have an easy commute to a base) and just want the CA time to move on PNCL is hard to beat. If you want a career here I would suggest elsewhere at the current time. A contract can/will change many things, but there is no time like the present to get in and out with all jet time with a quick transition!
