Default Skywest Here I Come

I just got the call for a Sept 10 CRJ class. Anybody else going?

Skywest sounds like a terrific organization, and I'm excited that I'll be a part of it!

Good job. Study hard and get through training. I need you to go to Milwaukee for me. And get all your friends over here, too.

if by respectful you mean refusing to negotiate w/ the ASA pilots for 5 years.

Just to set the record straight...SKW has not owned ASA for anywhere near 5 years.

That's true, but in the past 2 years or so that they have, they could have negotiated a contract from start to finish if they wanted to.

hahaha!!!!!

I 'm laughing because I think it's funny how such a simple, innocent thread like this could get hijacked into a flame fest on contract negotiations. (Well, it's getting there anyway.)

I've heard from current Skywest pilots that it's a good place to be, and they are happy to stick around. The great attitudes and morale of people in the company played a strong role in my choosing to work with Skywest.
