Also, the FO's from JFK who were supposed to be displaced 2/1/09 to CVG are now TBA.

Not that I expect communication from the company, but where did you see the displacement for JFK FO's on 02/01 is TBA? I have not seen it anywhere. Called forecasting/planning and left a message and I'm sure you know how that goes

I was bored...

January 2008 Hours:

CVG 50 16682
CVG 70 6511
JFK 50 8093
Total......32,515

January 2009 Hours:

CVG 50 10704
CVG 70 7739
JFK 50 5222
Total......23,665

Reduction in one year = only 27%

Yay! 3825 Delta!

Bubba, are you working tonight? If so please pm me and let me know what they decided to do with ship 15168. It didn't look all that good when we left for the hotel.

No I was at home celebrating my daughter's 1st birthday a day early since I'll be in tonight.

Well, it looks like ASA started sending out furlough notices and they too just had a similar type meeting. I either sense that this meeting will be to discuss that big changes must be made to mitigate furloughs(hence keeping DS out of the meeting), or what the next round of furloughs is going to look like.

Just saw the message on epic from our fearless leader Bendoveritis... Way to go team over the holidays! yay! <think crank yankers>. He even thanked those who 'went the extra mile' by picking up trips.... lol, maybe someone should tell him that we have pilots furloughed, maybe he missed that on orientation day. Since he was hired more than a year after me, shouldn't he be furloughed?

So, TLR on the 50 is not going very well. Everyone is complaining about it. People taking off with wrong thrust settings and getting high ITT temps. I think there is just an accident waiting to happen. I believe that if enough people will complain, they will go back to the Runway Analysis book, but who knows with this company...

Is it an issue in the training or are did people just brain dump it the day after their class and didn't bother to brush up on it? It isn't a very hard system at all.
