Considering Jeppesen will no longer provide the data for the runway analysis that won't happen, even if the whole company complains.

How is it more complicated than on the 70/90?

Well, on the 50 you have to get your Normal Thrust and G/A thrust, and it was pretty confusing finding the right thrust setting and chart for A/I on, because apparently you have to use the A/I-Off chart. I've heard a lot of people trying to figure out the GA thrust setting for A/I on, because the ONLY chart for landing on TLR (which says A/I Off, No Ice Accumulation) will give you a thrust setting of 90 something, which cannot be right. The only thing I can think of is to use the FMS thrust setting in the even of go around, but this is not mentioned in the new revision to the FSM. Either way, there seems to be a lot of confusion right now...

Be sure to check back to EPIC soon to found out how "You" can help, rightsize, help make Comair more cost competitive, provide a better product, and whatever else us robots are suppose to do. From reading that memo on EPIC right now I am getting that we are suppose to put everything behinds us, SMILE, WORK our A$$ES OFF, and stop giving 100%(GIVE 200%.)

Sounds like pay cuts to me... But let's get rid of the cheap labor (1-2 year F/Os), and keep the 20+ year guys around. This company will never change!

Serious question about the memo: Just what the hell was accomplished in 2008?

That's how we used to set climb thrust back in the old days before we could use the FMS thrust. Just set it around 800 or so.
