Nice to see that the Union is willing to talk about furlough mitigation this time. Better than being hung out to dry because senior union leadership was pi$sy about eMaestro like we were in Oct/Nov.

They are interested now because they (ALPA Reps) are being affected by the recent announcement.
They are interested because the senior pilots are being affected by the recent announcement.

I think they talked about Flex-line values the last time around, but I can't remember what the issue was.

100 more furloughs, eh? Someone look up the DOH.... I'm too lazy!

Go ahead, fill in the blank: Our MEC treats [_blank_] better than the particular constituency group that I belong to.

Just based on my seniority, it would be July 2005.

Pretty sure the Sr. pilots didn't want it because it's a "cut in pay"

Probably about right. Just under 200 would have been June of 2004.

Who would have thought that just a year ago you could have been a Captain and in two months that same person will be near the bottom of the seniority list.

Does anyone know if you take a voluntary furlough, are you eligible for unemployment?
