Do involuntary furloughs get any bypasses on recall? Say we get recalled and say no, is that considered a resignation or do we get bypass rights?

No, the Invol's do not have a bypass option like the voluntary's do.

Listened to the call, I would like to say thank you to Comair ALPA (not being sarcastic) for providing us with that info it was straight to the point and gave the info we needed for now... was expecting worse news but got the info I wanted.

Not gonna happen! There's a reason that Freedom exhists rather than just Mesa. Mesa's 900's have 86 seats which of course violates DALPA's section 1. DCI's contract is with Freedom not Mesa. If Freedom goes...it's gone.

The ad at the top of my page right now reads,

"Foul Vaginal Smell?"

Just seems to ironic for the Comair board.

-More recall letters sent out than first planned. 23 voluntaries and all 20 November 1 involuntaries have been offered recall. Company will accept all who take it.
-Voluntaries have bypass rights for 12 months no matter what and after that, can bypass untill most junior on seniority list.
-Involuntaries cannot bypass
-If they don't come back they resign their seniority
-If they don't come back, they are considering terminated and cannot draw unemployment.
-No more voluntary furloughs as of now because company needs people back asap

This is all off the top of my head so I might of missed something. All the other questions didn't relate to the recalls directly.
