More prove that we need to recall more pilots!
From April 1 through April 15 at 12:00pm the following events have occurred:
·321 Displacements
·25 Junior Man events
·2 Add-on assignments
·10 “After Release” (AR) Illegal Assignments.
·1 out of every 5, reserve pilots had their soft days off moved during this same period.
·27% of our Captains are on reserve and 28.5%of our First Officers are on reserve.
Seriously? We got over HALF of the pilot group on reserve?
