Comair updates?
Just recieved an email from MP, no further recalls at this time. Sounds like they're waiting to see what the staffing is like after the last few classes this month.
32 of 35 invols accepeted in last letter wave; My guess is that we'll continue to see pretty high acceptance rates from here on out.

I feel like Im 4 years old again and my brother is holding a piece of candy in front of my face just far enough out of my reach. Hopefully they get a lot of resignation letters this weekend.

not really... like i said they were'nt going to announce anything until after the 8/1 class was finalized... also... look at the number of people taking the last offered class date on this wave.. i guarantee they aren't all comming back... also... even if they decide not to... they were probably planning on calling another wave but didn't expect so many people to accept a training date.. i still think the third round of recalls will happen... although not until the end of august when they find out for sure how many people actually end up accepting recall...
and contrary to fjetter... i think that once you start getting to the first wave of furloughs, the acceptance rates are going to plummet... my training class alone is going to have a minimum 30% resignation rate..

That was on 7/07/10. Just wondering not a personal attack.
With the Mesaba/Compass deal and the inability of Comair management to voice a long-term strategic plan for the place, I'm glad I don't have to make this decision yet. They can take their sweet time recalling me. I'm leaning towards NO when/if it happens. I'm just not convinced management knows what is going on with this place... just like they didn't know in 2008. I hope I'm wrong for the sake of those accepting recall now.
