Comair updates?
With the Mesaba/Compass deal and the inability of Comair management to voice a long-term strategic plan for the place, I'm glad I don't have to make this decision yet. They can take their sweet time recalling me. I'm leaning towards NO when/if it happens. I'm just not convinced management knows what is going on with this place... just like they didn't know in 2008. I hope I'm wrong for the sake of those accepting recall now.

True... True...
And yes. I never actually started at Colgan. Decided I couldn't live off of $18,000/yr and really didn't want to support such an organization. However, I am greatful for the opportunity and they way I was treated throughout the process.

Well, when Glenna emailed on Friday, she asked if I would be ready on 8/1, which led me to believe perhaps I had an option of deferring it. I've asked her if I have a choice, but haven't heard back. Thought I'd be proactive, and see if I could line up a willing recruit to switch w/me in case they needed a warm body in my spot, although it doesn't sound like that is the case.
