Comair was fined because it was a Comair flight. It doesn't matter who boarded the passengers. Comair contracts out to other venders (ie Delta, Regional Elite, etc), but still retains responsibility of the flight. It is Comair's responsibility though.

You can tell whose resposible by who's PR person is doing the talking. Not a peep from our PR people! We are the Expendables! Our name gets put in the paper an we get the bad PR. Delta stays out of the lime light and tells everybody that they're wipping everyone into shape. Comair doesn't contract anything except maintenance at outstations. DL handles all and I mean all CS, whether it be DL, DGS, or RE. The only other thing I can think of is that it was while we still had CS and during the same period DL got smack with their fine for doing the same thing.

So there will be 23 this monday and 10 resigned? That's a pretty big percentage...

Any chance the percentage will be the same with the 24 that have until monday to resign?

33 were suposed to start monday and 10 resigned. 24 start 8/15

Does anyone know when the RSV windows will come out for next month? Also, if I have the rest of the month off, does this mean they can't notify me of anything for next month?

Reserve windows for August have been out for a long time already. Are you coming out of training or leave?
