Tomorrow there will be an announcement about Comair getting a flow through agreement with Delta, which will lead to upgrades, recalls and hiring by October.

Damn I'm good.

Yup, 41 Captains are re-upgrading, and after those there are another hundred or so that need to go back to the left seat before anyone new can upgrade.

There are two ladies on the August upgrade list, Shauna and Suzanne. Anyone know if one has a background at ATP like this reporter says? If so, we know who's talking to the press about hiring and you can draw your own conclusions from there. Maybe they never took the upgrade before and need to get the ATPw since ten years ago Comair didn't require it to interview.

A look at the massive training/transfer schedule on Epic is interesting... some 600 pilots getting relocation packages and/or sim training. That can't be cheap.

Sounds like Delta wants to blow a couple million dollars before closing the doors at Comair in 4 months. Or maybe trailblazer guessed wrong?

 

Perhaps, one of those liveries went away in 2004 and the other around 2007.

But that many Comair planes lined up in one place?

It was probably taken last week in a desert somewhere.

 

Be able to look at other pilot's lines???? That's crazy talk! Comair doesn't trust us enough to allow us to do that!
