Getting rid of DS is like eliminating termites eating a house; would we really suffer if there is no immediate replacement?

I'm curious if your "deepthroat" is in CVG, ATL, or SLC? One post you claim to have insider info about ASA, then you claim to have insider info about SkyWest, and then you have inside info from Comair on DS being forced out? I suppose you golf with the Dick Anderson?

Wait - Are you that A$$Clown Roger Cohen?

You know i cannot give my source up. Let's just say I have friends in high places. DA, well I don't golf. All I know is when the time comes you will admit to yourself that I was right all along. Now for some good news, at least in about 3 to 5 years all airlines will be begging for pilots to fly. If you have a pulse you are hired. Thanks to the FAA of the 65 rule we would already be picking what airline to work for.

I would like to put $100 down that Trailblazer is a student pilot who enjoys getting the nieve individuals on APC shaking in their boots...

Just saying....

Which one of your sources gave you that one - your SkyWest source, your Delta source, your Comair source, or your ASA source?

This actually came from an FAA inspector and the knowledge I already had about it. Just look at the Airlines that Have the highest amount of pilots who will retire in the near future. I believe AA is one of the oldest. Investigate it for yourself. Once again I will be proven right.

So does this mean a lot of retirements at AA in the very near future?

that would be super.

I heard the average age over there was like..53 or so

These are from April/May this year, before Comair recalls were announced:

This must be why we're bringing back furloughs.

I do believe that the pilots will move over to compass so their job will just transfer...

But Comair will not be around by the end of this year...

ASA is picking up 100 aircraft...A majority of these A/C are coming from Comair...The CRJ50 will be gone in about 3 years.
Still waiting for my Compass seniority number. The three "facts" at the end are so grossly in conflict with each other I don't know where to start.

Source at Delta. Got it.

Now your source is at ASA?

So are these 100 new 700/900s the same as Comair's CRJ50s, or are they XJet's EMB145-700/900s? How does ASA get around Delta's scope limits?

So, how's Afterburner/Trailblazer doing so far? I guess when we look at September's bid packs we'll see ASA guys flying Freedom's DTW stuff, and Comair guys will be on the Compass list. And what will become of Comair's 28 70/90s? All 100 of them will be at ASA.

Rumor Fail.

Nice, Boomer. That took some work! And Trailblazer, if your rumors come true, I don't care because I had nothing else to do but come back to Comair anyway. The only thing you've ever said that I agree with is that we'll all be good in a few years...so the closer to that time that Comair gets me, the better.
