I know a lot of Junior FOs have been leaving in droves but I am one that won't be coming back to Comair if recall ever came round. Just landed a Hawker 800 gig after busting my butt for the last 2 1/2 years instructing.

As brief as it was I enjoyed my time at Comair for all the great crews there. Certainly won't miss the GO cronies. Best of luck to those of you still there!!!

Did anyone notice the apparent change to the Delta Pass Policy as it pertains to Comair? According to the Comair Corporate Policies and Procedures Manual, Revised 1/15/2011, active Comair employees and their eligible pass riders should now have an S3B priority on Delta mainline flights. I double-checked this against the Standby Priority Codes in TravelNot, and it jives. However, a check against actual flights shows that active Comair employees are still being given an S3C priority. Somebody tell me if I'm missing something...

That's kinda like 2005 when Comair said we could have 199 aircraft...

and then Delta said "ummm, no you can't."

And furloughs?

So now that the people who are involved with the union are back on line we're back to not getting updates?

Don't know about the S3B stuff on mainline flights, but as of Jan. 1st we were bumped back to S3C on Mesaba and Compass, so pretty much we're only S3 on Comair now. Oh and we always have that S2 for Comair flights as well. It'll get me that First Class seat on the 50.

Default New...er..old SOCC

First day back in the old SOCC. Has that new paint/carpet smell, but it's still looks like pilot training without some walls! At least we have windows now!

Was that where the SOCC was before they built the GO ten years ago?
