Wasn't it for FO's taking differences According to the penguin (Briner). If so, that is not a lot of people who would get them anyway. Most guys in the right seat of the 700 have been or can hold Capt. (most likely have ATP). And anyone senior enough to bid and hold the 700 now has already been a CAPT. (got the ATP). So what is so good about, best case scenario would 50 guys get a ATP.
Here it is 6 months later, and they still aren't doing what he said was a "done deal". That place (and it's management) is a joke. Sooooo glad to not be there anymore!

SB told me back on September 1 that this was a done deal, just waiting for the final paperwork from the feds. He said EVERY FO at OH will be getting the ATP and Type on their recurrent checkride. My answer was "Well, I just did my recurrent, and you're now telling me I'll probably be furloughed (again) before it is time for my next recurrent." His reply, "Ohhhh"

Although I don't work there anymore, it's kinda like a car wreck...you just gotta look. They really should make a soap opera called "Days of Our Airline, Life At Comair"

Really I always saw him as Pink in "The Wall", sitting in that chair all alone with a cigarette burning his yellowed fingers, while Gomer Pyle plays in the background.

I heard today that OH ALPA has a law suit against DL and RA for unethical practices toward OH. Specifically, with RA giving flying to a company that his family members have a large share. Supposedly, OH ALPA members were asked to go and talk to Congress members about this.
Has anyone heard anymore info about this.
