I thought the early out said 5 years of yield fare travel for you and travel pass riders. It looks like they got rid of everyone but me.

Don't believe that crap. They told me 2 years for me and the family and what I got was 1 year and they still charged me the $50 for a whole year then cancelled it. I tried to explain it to them but oh well. Enjoying United's now and they don't charge $50 a year to use them.

Paok thanks for all your help in the past. How's life treatin ya?

I had the same problem on Travelnet. Called HR and they confirmed that the only thing we lose are "buddy" passes. My spouse, dependents and parents are still eligible. In the process of being resolved by HR though Delta. They were very nice and willing to help.

If you need to make reservations for anyone in your family before the DLnet issue is resolved, they will help you.

Just call HR and press option 6.

Didn't you have a piece of paper or a letter or something that explained in detail what your benefits would be?

yes, I did, when I signed the separation agreement. The wonderful "intellects" at DGS told me I was tbssbb (too bad, so sad, buh bye).
But it doesn't matter now. Be sure you keep a copy of your separation agreement just in case they try to pull a fast one on you.

Then it's time to get their name and tell them they will be mentioned in your breach of contract lawsuit.

Disregard above it was deposited in my account last night. If you have a live check I would assume it will take some time.
