Management unilaterally set the payrates during bankruptcy. Between Delta and Northwest management, they dictated rates of all of their regionals that they had control over and the rates came out to be the same for every regional involved. If Comair can not make money with the rates that management dictated then they will never be able to make money.

None of this has to do with pilot pay anyway. The demand for regional lift is way down due to fuel prices and even working for free will not change that. Only vote for pay raises and work rule improvements while looking for another job. Go out with dignity. Good luck!

Bail as quickly as you can. Delta is a RUTHLESS Arline that will toy with its step child subsidiary as they see fit. To those who will stay, FULL PAY TO THE LAST DAY. That BALD eagle called Richard at ATL is the devil himself. I am glad I left when I did. Having been a OH Pilot myself, I certainly feel your pain. Best of luck to you all.

Tricky DICK, you represent the worst in humanity!

So Comair cost $235/hr more that everyone else. Captain $90/hr FO $40/hr FA $35/hr is $165/hr. If we take a 100% pay cut then we still need to come up with another $70/hr before we keep/get even one more airplane. Whatever. Full pay till the last day boys. See ya in indoc in a few months.

We just need to cut $70/hr out of maintenance and parts.
