96 hours a month...there is a an annual over ride that is divided evenly over the pay periods. You get time and a half for flying done on your off days. If you fly on a day you are supposed to be in the office, you don't get paid extra.

Has anyone else noticed how much mail they get from our union? I get home from a trip and there's always like 3-4 letters just from ALPA. It's nice to know that so much of my all important union dues is going towards postage. Maybe if they'd quit mailing so much they wouldn't need to take so much out of my check. Just a thought.

Hey quick question...how is it that this is possible???
CVG Window: A4 Projected: 101:07 <MTD - 7:00 (on the second) 70 FO
How is this guy scheduled at 101 hours on the second day of the month on a A4 window without bidding to fly and 7 hours MTD????
Also does anyone know how to import your schedule from Maestro to Facebook now??? I can't seem to get it to work!
thanks

Actually that must be a line holder. He doesn't show up anywhere else on the reserve reports. Must have had a DA on that day and has picked up EF throughout the month. That's the only guess I have.

Im pretty sure you are supposed to have a chief pilot order you to do it under protest and that you will grieve it. Note the date time etc and forward it to the union rep.

the contract states that ready reserve may only be given during reserve period. That is the grievance since say on L2 they try to have you sit ready. Well your reserve period is 2 hours on each end which you are only available for a 12 hour notification. Grieve it if they give it to you.
