Another vacancy bid will be out before the end of Nov. for upgrades after the first of the year. I'll give you any updates after it is official.

For all you Comair guys. Are you able to jumpseat during training before your 30 day mark? I think it would be great to get inside the cockpit at the same time as training. See the real thing.

Did anybody else get completely screwed for december? I have 4 readys in a span of 5 days. I only have one trip which over xmas. Of course I have a 12 and a half hour duty day on xmas day which includes a 2 hour sit in cinci and a 3 hour sit in kansas. I guess this is what I get for breaking guarantee this month.

You broke guarantee? Must be nice.

Nope, I asked for a week off. I got that, in a line. Goodbye reserve! Of course, I had 2 Day Availables in the month. And I get the 300am ready those 2 days. <sigh> Oh well, I guess a line and a week in Florida is worth it.

They smacked our class around a bit.

First we hard that we could jumpseat right away (so long as we were in CASS).

Then the director of training came in and assured us that we couldn't jumpseat until after our checkride....

ok, that'd fine.

But then after our checkrides, an intern said the chief pilot told him that we can't jumpseat until after IOE.

Then we had line check airmen telling us that was a crock of doo doo.

MIND GAMES!
