i think, in essense, that this is the problem. i AM grown up. i'm so grown up i just had $700,000 in retirement stolen from me with less than 9 years to go in my career so management could put in their own pockets. i also just took an 8.9% pay cut that has actually turned into about 20% plus. pardon me if those those who cry about 6 months on reserve or who just don't understand why they can't have the keys to the jet with 300 hours or those who ***** themselves out by paying somebody to fly their airplanes for them are not considered by me with much regard. this used to be quite a profession. now it's just a job that many of you have helped to destroy. the funny thing is, i'll be retired and you'll have to live with what you've done. i've got it GREAT compared to what you guys will have. good luck to you all.

but let's take a poll. i have no idea as to how it will come out and i really couldn't possibly care less.

should i stay or should i go?

ed roberts or jim mcmillian, maybe? this was back in 1982-1983. there are a couple of air nevada guys at CO.

my book is about 70% done. probably be completely done in about 3 months including the final draft and edits.

I remember Jim M, but he was the DO I think. This guy was an ex-air force dude, was kind a short and looked like your avatar. I really liked him. Just after 9-11 he told us that the Fed should immediately cut the interest rate by a full point. He was right.
