Man, I haven't laughed this hard since I realized I spent over $101K to do CAPT and go no where. I'm still laughing my a$$ off here about the new Eagle minimums. Could take me the next year for me to come down from this comedy. Let me enjoy this. It's the funniest thing in my aviation experience yet!

Here is a thought MGMT PUKES raise the pay and maybe you will get more applicants. It amazes me these idiots running things will do ANYTHING they can to keep pay down, makes me sick. They would rather lower hiring requirements and compromise safety just to save money. This should be all over the news.

This proves that there is not shortage of pilots, but rather a shortage of highly qualified pilots willing to work for said wages. As long as there are people willing to accept this type of work/pay ratio, there is zero incentive for management to ever raise the wages to attract higher time applicants.
Well, what would your response be if a BE-1900 FO was making the same as an MD-11 FO. Now that would surely bring a cry of injustice.
