For those recommending the 813 question Sheppard Air interview study prep, How is this beneficial for a 25 question test?
Are you really studying all 813 questions for hours in order to pass the test? Do you really need to know how to calculate how much weight a pallet can hold?
There has to be a more specific and focused way to prepare.

Sheppard has a separate 'interview' version of their test prep. You get it at a discount for being a prior customer of theirs. It's what I used and I aced the interview test and so I came away feeling like it was worth the $25 I spent on it.

Assuming they haven't changed the test, there will be no 'math' questions on the written. No charts, no figurs, no graphs, etc. Just 'knowledge' questions.

Ininterviewed on 11/05 and studied the Sheppard Air regional interview questions. Very easy test if you are an active CFII, if not be knowledgeable on runway lights, runway centerline lights( when they change colors), what happens as you enter a microburst ( increase/decrease airspeed, vertical speed and pitch relation ), jet aerodynamics, lost comms in ifr, descent below DA, lost of gps signal inside FAF, stages of thunderstorms, effects of an aft CG. No weight and balance calculations. Regarding the technical portion, besides the TMAAT questions, know remarks section of a metar, mine was what was LTGICCCCG, basicaly all the insignificant little symbols on a Instrument approach plate, taxi diagram, they will ask you if the captain decides to go below DA on an ILS what you do? Dont say u will go missed or take controls from him, remember 91.175, they will ask captain arrives smelling alcohol what will you do? Delay flight, call dispatch, be discreet, dont be a snitch. Nothing difficult. If someone have any questions PM me. Peace.

If they do they better pay a lot more. In 2008 some of our rah class was sent there for the 170. It was a nightmare getting to and from the sim and was expensive as hell. Train was a good 2 hour commute total each way.
