Are you really studying all 813 questions for hours in order to pass the test?
There has to be a more specific and focused way to prepare.
Dont cut corners.

Jk its the pretty close to the ATP written so if you never did that it might help you to study it in the longrun. If you have any questions PM me.

Assuming they haven't changed the test, there will be no 'math' questions on the written. No charts, no figurs, no graphs, etc. Just 'knowledge' questions.

Sheppard has a separate 'interview' version of their test prep. You get it at a discount for being a prior customer of theirs. It's what I used and I aced the interview test and so I came away feeling like it was worth the $25 I spent on it.

Think it may even be down to $20 now for the interview prep, but don't quote me on that price. Just spend an hour or two looking over the interview prep from Shepard and you will do fine

Ininterviewed on 11/05 and studied the Sheppard Air regional interview questions. Very easy test if you are an active CFII, if not be knowledgeable on runway lights, runway centerline lights( when they change colors), what happens as you enter a microburst ( increase/decrease airspeed, vertical speed and pitch relation ), jet aerodynamics, lost comms in ifr, descent below DA, lost of gps signal inside FAF, stages of thunderstorms, effects of an aft CG. No weight and balance calculations. Regarding the technical portion, besides the TMAAT questions, know remarks section of a metar, mine was what was LTGICCCCG, basicaly all the insignificant little symbols on a Instrument approach plate, taxi diagram, they will ask you if the captain decides to go below DA on an ILS what you do? Dont say u will go missed or take controls from him, remember 91.175, they will ask captain arrives smelling alcohol what will you do? Delay flight, call dispatch, be discreet, dont be a snitch. Nothing difficult. If someone have any questions PM me. Peace.

If they do they better pay a lot more. In 2008 some of our rah class was sent there for the 170. It was a nightmare getting to and from the sim and was expensive as hell. Train was a good 2 hour commute total each way.

I'd assume they would just keep them closer to the simulator. Not sure why anyone would make the crews stay 2 hours away without proper transportation. Compass has used the sims in Paris and Endeavor has used the sims in Denmark recently without issue so I don't see why we would be able to use one abroad as well.

I've already have a class date with Envoy but with all the negative comments I've been reading lately about their schedules I am just looking at other possibilities before I commit with them.

How are schedules looking at PDT? how many days off in a row, are they flexible? thanks!

If this is the case how does anyone ever pickup 300% pay trips?

Assuming they are asking if we can't make a normal descent to land and don't have the runway environment in sight, yet he descends in hopes of seeing the runway.....
150 off the ground isn't a time to be fighting over the controls so what answer are they looking for. If he continues after you state go around
