That's accurate on the dash 8 training now.

Ive heard it is minimal on the dash but it is about 1 month between ground and sims on the jet.

I know it's been talked about a lot, but are they going to hire directly into the jet soon? I keep hearing late fall

I don't understand why some people are so caught up in going into the jet.. get on property and get your seniority number. It makes a big difference when you will flow, upgrade, qol.

I sure hope they keep mdt as a base, and that it remains as junior as it is. It's the best case scenario for me seeing as how I can be there in about an hour.
Now, it's just a matter of me getting another 1200 hours.... and finishing college....
