We have 10 jets.. We get one a month and starting January we get 2 a month plus there will be 140s coming as well.

We will be hiring directly into the 145 soon which phl. There will be a bonus soon to stay on or take the dash.

Feel free to pm me.

Is the jet pretty much going to be for senior captains only for now? If you're hired on as a new hire CA in the dash how long is the seat lock

Not really. Most jr rj ca was hired 2/16.

1 year seat lock for captains, none for FOs

The profit sharing will be percentage of the total percent of profit AAG posts for the fiscal year. I believe it will be 5%.

Once we know how much that total is AAG will direct how that number is distributed based on a percentage of your salary or they wil do what other companies do and pay out based on level or "bands". When it come to profit sharing with any company don't plan on getting it, and when you do get it pretend you didn't get it and fund your IRA. You can't count on it.
