Anyone here from the Nov 7th class that wants to share their training experience in the past 3 weeks on the jet?
Tests, washout rate, instructors, hotel, were u able to go home a couple of weekends? How much "wait at home time" were you given between ground and sims?
Im on the Dec 5th class and would like to have an idea on what to expect and all the good details!

Indoc was pretty generic. Just reviewing the FOM for the most part. No big deal. Standard stuff. Test was easy.
Systems: You only have four days of systems class. It's a lot to keep up with.Having come from a previous 121 carrier, this to me was crazy. If you have prior 121 or 135 turbine systems experience, you'll be fine. But new hires off the street out of GA may have a hard time. I flew the 145 at my previous airline and took extensive notes in systems class there. Used those same notes here and got a 100% on the test. Most of my class used my notes as well and everyone did well. There will be friends of mine in the 12/5 class who have those notes. Just ask around.
Instructors: Systems and QPT instructors = great.
Yes, you will have opportunities to go home and you will have off three to four days for Christmas. Your schedule is on the drive, which you should have access to by now.
At least a month between ground and sims. That could change if/when Houston FSI comes online. But for now, our class is expecting to be off for the month of December. I'll take that happily.
Hotel is good if you get a suite. Ask for a suite. Some of our class got standard rooms with no fridge or microwave. That's rough for three to four weeks.
Hope this info helps. Good luck.

I'm in the 11/7 class. Class of 21; all jet. No one has "washed out" at this point, and I doubt any will.

I must be missing something. I have clicked all over the drive materials and have yet to find anything that discusses a schedule. Clearly computers aren't my specialty lol. Can anyone spell out where to find the schedule for this computer challenged guy. Thanks in advance!

Any discussion of iPads or a time frame for them to be in service?
